We’ve compiled a list of popular questions we get from users who wish to sign up for The Trading Circle (TTC). Please read through them carefully – we’ve broken them down into different sections to help you better filter them.
What is The Trading Circle?
The Trading Circle is basically a private live trading room where traders can:
- Practice their analysis while letting our dedicated team of top-tier analysts vet it.
- Get access to high probability analysis and signals produced by our pool of top-tier analysts.
- Request for our analysts to look into a particular instrument for you (eg. "can someone take a look at EURUSD short term for me?")
- Practice your technical analysis skills with our proprietary chart-to-text linking technology (eg. "Am I drawing this trend line correctly?")
How much does it cost to join?
Joining is free! As long as you have a live funded Axi account, you can get access to either our Silver tier or Gold tier.
Is access lifetime?
Yes, access for now is lifetime. In the future, we might require users to maintain a minimum account size to keep the privilege of being in TTC.

How do I create my TTC account?
How do I get my TTC account activated?
How long should I wait for my activation confirmation email?
Once you have sent in your activation request is sent in, it'll take Axi about 1-2 days to confirm your account - you will then receive an email from [email protected] confirming your Silver/Gold tier status.
Do I need to wait for my new TTC MT4 account to be created before depositing?
No, you can deposit your funds first into your existing MT4 account you have with Axi. Once the new TTC MT4 account is created, you can simply transfer it over.
Remember to request for activation in step 3 only after you have transferred it over!
Why do I need a new MT4 account?
If you are an existing Axi account holder, you'll need a new MT4 account to be linked to TTC because we need to keep track of the deposits in order to decide whether a person gets the silver / gold tier.
FAQs (Account Tiers)
What's the difference between the tiers?
Silver tier: you get to see the analysis and signals we post + ask questions on them,
Gold tier: you get to specially request for analysis and signals (eg. want one of our analysts to look at BTCUSD for you? Just ask in the chat!)
How much to get into each tier?
Currently, unless you have a special promotion code, it is:
$500 for Silver tier
$5,000 for Gold tier

How do I check which tier I am in?

What if my account balance drops below the required amount?
For now, we don't have any restrictions on this. You will still have access to TTC.
In the future, we might introduce some requirements such as ensuring every 3 months that you meet the minimum account size to maintain access to TTC.
Can I deposit funds in and then withdraw it out right away?
Nope - doing so would lead to a permanent ban from TTC and all future TTC promotions.
Can I withdraw funds from my TTC MT4 account? Will it affect my access?
Yes, you can withdraw funds from your TTC MT4 account. We run checks at the end of each month to see who still has access to TTC.
Can I deposit more than the gold tier amount?
Yes, we'll soon be introducing a platinum tier which grants private whatsapp and telegram support. Estimated requirement is at least $15,000 funded.
